Terms & Conditions

1. Straight Studio reserves the right to modify or cancel any voucher at any time.
2. Voucher is valid for 3 months from date of delivery. They can only be redeemed within given period, after which they become invalid.
3. Customers may be able to collect some vouchers (Shop and chop/Buy 2 Products and Get Free Hairspa) together but you can only avail one service or discount per order.
4. You can only redeem the voucher in Straight Studio specified in our Locations page.
5. Once voucher is redeemed, the ordered products are not eligible for refund/replacement.
6. This service appointment is given based on Straight Studio stylist’s availability and none of the Gift Vouchers is redeemable in case with SARAH.
7. You must contact us and book an appointment in advance to avail this voucher.
8. Alfaparf and Loreal not included in any promotions.
9. Rs. 500OFF is only applicable with 2 x Moroccanoil products.
