The staff is polite and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised (as I'm usually apprehensive about haircuts) and happy with the service provided by Straight. they are very patient and listens to the customers need/expectations and tries to match the same very well. they also provides a lot of advice and expertise along the way. Really happy with the way it turned out and can't wait to avail his services again. Definitely a go-to salon now :)
