1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. The Voucher is valid only at STRAIGHT SALON & PANDORA STUDIO
1.2. This Voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
1.3. The Voucher is for one-time use only and must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. No balance or partial redemption is allowed.
1.4. The Voucher is not valid for resale or duplication. Any unauthorized use or reproduction will result in cancellation.
2. REDEMPTION & USAGE
2.1. The Voucher can be redeemed against hair, nail, and beauty services only and cannot be used for the purchase of retail products.
2.2. Customers must present the physical or digital Voucher before availing of the service. Photocopies or screenshots will not be accepted.
2.3. The Voucher cannot be combined with other packages , discounts, or promotional schemes.
2.4. Only one Voucher can be used per customer per visit.
3. VALIDITY & EXPIRY
3.1. The Voucher is valid from 1.4 to 1.7.2025.
3.2. Expired Vouchers will not be accepted.
3.2. The Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers. No replacements will be issued.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND
4.1. Once issued, the Voucher cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.
4.2. If a customer fails to use the Voucher within the validity period, it will be deemed forfeited.
5. OTHER CONDITIONS
5.1. The Salon reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Voucher scheme at any time without prior notice.
5.2. In case of any dispute, the decision of SATR will be final and binding.
5.3. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
